Ongoing management
We look after the day-to-day website setup after launch and remain your point of contact for the managed service.
Reasonable content updates
Ask us to make practical changes such as correcting details, changing opening hours, replacing supplied photographs or updating existing service copy. The precise update and support limits are agreed before the contract is completed; substantial new pages, redesigns or specialist features are scoped separately.
Technical maintenance
We handle routine technical upkeep of the managed website and its implementation. This is maintenance, not a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
SEO management and support
Every build starts with sound SEO foundations. The managed plan adds ongoing support, such as maintaining page titles, descriptions and search-friendly website content when agreed. Search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Continued human support
You can contact Signature Horizons when you need help with the website, rather than having to diagnose technical questions yourself.

Billing
You pay £299 initially. That payment includes the first month; the recurring £39.99 monthly charge begins one calendar month after purchase.
Cancellation and ownership
This public package description does not replace your customer agreement. Your cancellation rights, notice or end date, and ownership arrangements are confirmed in that agreement before work begins, alongside payment dates and service limits. Please do not assume terms that are not written there.
Domain arrangements
Signature Horizons can help identify, register or connect a suitable domain. Whether an existing domain is used, who registers it and any registration charge are confirmed separately before you proceed; domain registration is not described as free or automatically included.
Not the 12-month package
The minimum 12-month commitment belongs to the separate £99.99-per-month No upfront cost package, where website ownership follows completion of that term. It is not presented here as a condition of this £299 plus £39.99 managed plan; this plan’s cancellation and ownership terms are the ones recorded in your own customer agreement.
