Delivered work · Property services
A real property problem, turned into a functioning digital marketplace.
PropertyLinker began with the frustration of finding the different professionals needed for a rented-property renovation. Signature Horizons translated that problem into a dedicated searchable product.

One property project can require an entire network of expertise.
While renovating a property they rent out, the originator found it difficult to identify suitable, reliable professionals for every part of the work. A renovation may involve building trades, maintenance, specialist contractors, financial services, legal services and other property professionals.
General search and personal recommendations do not create one consistent way to discover and compare that breadth of support. The opportunity was to organise a scattered market around the needs of landlords, developers, investors, homeowners and others undertaking property work.
The project challengeTurn an entrepreneurial idea into a usable digital product that structures providers and services, supports discovery and creates workflows for the people on both sides of the marketplace.
02 / The response
A platform, not a brochure website.
Signature Horizons combined product thinking, user experience design and database architecture so the idea could operate as a real service rather than remain a static directory concept.
- 01
Searchable service directory
Property providers and their services are held as structured, database-backed information that can be organised into categories and discovered through the platform.
- 02
Profiles and accounts
Public provider profiles are supported by registration, authentication and account functionality, giving providers a managed presence within the marketplace.
- 03
Provider dashboard
Dashboard journeys let providers manage relevant account and listing information instead of relying on manual page edits by the platform owner.
- 04
Enquiry journeys
The product connects discovery to action with enquiry functionality designed around a user finding a relevant property professional.
- 05
Membership and payment infrastructure
The delivered platform includes membership workflows and Stripe-powered payment processing, connecting provider participation with a practical commercial system.

The idea became an operating digital product.
PropertyLinker gives the original problem a coherent digital structure: people undertaking property projects can search a dedicated environment, while providers can establish and manage a platform profile.
The delivered outcome is the marketplace infrastructure itself. No claim is made here about traffic, membership volume or commercial performance.
